The Shinnyo Lantern Floating for Peace at Central Park on Sunday evening, September 22, 2013, was also celebrated in Times Square, New York – the spot that Americans consider the “crossroads of the world.”  For two hours, both recorded and live images from the ceremony were displayed at the heart of Times Square at the corner of East 46^th Street and Broadway on over 20,000 square feet of LED signs.
